We aim to improve our educators’ digital teaching skills and adopt innovative methods, strengthen their ability to inclusively support our refugee learners (with new coaching and psychosocial approaches), and build a strong European partnership to modernise our organisation. Together, these objectives will lead to higher-quality learning opportunities for our adult learners and a more innovative, networked organisation, ready to scale successful practices and participate in future collaboration.
We applied for the AUF project to strengthen our new organisation’s capacity to support disadvantaged adult learners. As a young provider working with Ukrainian refugees, we saw gaps in our staff’s digital teaching skills and inclusive teaching methods. Without Erasmus+ support, we would struggle to access training or international experience. This project is our opportunity to fill those gaps through expert training abroad and to adopt European best practices for the benefit of our learners.
