We aim to design a structured, arts-based pedagogical framework, test it with real learners, and co-create practical tools for wider use. By integrating emotional learning and inclusive approaches, we seek to build institutional capacity and enhance our educators’ ability to deliver impactful adult education.
We applied to strengthen our adult education practices through structured international learning. While we use arts and community-based methods, we lack a formal, transferable pedagogical framework. This project will allow us to observe best practices, refine our model, and align with European quality standards.
