Objectives

The project aims to strengthen social inclusion, promote sustainable lifestyles, and build digital entrepreneurship skills among adult migrants. Through international training and job shadowing, educators will gain innovative and transferable methods which they will apply in local workshops. At least 50 adults will benefit from intercultural cooking, eco-friendly practices, and digital tools, leading to greater confidence, employability, and more active participation in community life.

Background

Many adult migrants struggle with isolation, limited digital literacy and little awareness of sustainable living. In 2024, a survey of 115 learners confirmed these gaps but also revealed a strong interest in food as a unifying theme. This project was designed in response: to use culinary exchange as a bridge for inclusion, to embed eco-friendly practices into everyday learning, and to introduce simple digital tools that can open paths toward entrepreneurship and greater participation.
