We aim to strengthen the professional, linguistic, and intercultural competences of our staff to ensure high-quality educational offers for a diverse audience. Through job shadowing, courses, and group mobilities we foster exchange, resilience, and new didactic impulses. The project supports internationalization, professionalization, and the sustainable development of our institution.
Our institution faces the challenge of adapting teaching and learning processes to an increasingly diverse target group. Growing diversity, migration, and societal change require new didactic approaches, intercultural competence, and strategies for fostering resilience.
