Our main goal is to enhance the professional development of our adult education staff, integrate inclusive and accessible education methods into our institution, and build sustainable international partnerships. We also aim to create a learning culture based on collaboration and innovation.
We applied for this project to improve our staff’s digital competencies and inclusive education practices in adult learning. We aim to strengthen our institutional capacity by learning from good practices across Europe and to support equal opportunities for all learners, especially those with migrant backgrounds.
