We aim to strengthen staff capacity in adult environmental education and sustainability. The project will equip staff with innovative teaching methods and tools to deliver impactful education on recycling and circular economy. By developing community-based green initiatives and fostering local partnerships, we seek to enhance social inclusion and empower Somali adult learners. Our goals align with promoting sustainable lifestyles and contributing to broader climate action through education.
We applied for this project to address Somali Community Service e.V.'s urgent need to enhance staff capacity in adult environmental education. We work with Somali migrants facing exclusion, limited education, and economic challenges. Project will enable staff to learn innovative teaching methods, develop green community initiatives, and build partnerships. This aligns with our mission to empower adult learners through accessible, impactful sustainability education & social inclusion.
