The project will train 9 educators in three complementary courses on digital wellbeing, safety, and inclusion, while 10 adult learners will join a group mobility in Türkiye to practice digital balance, cyber safety, and critical media literacy. Together, they will co-create a Digital Wellbeing Toolkit integrated into Growunited’s curriculum and shared on EPALE to strengthen inclusion and civic participation.
Growunited e.V. applied because many adult learners face risks linked to digital life—overuse, cyberbullying, misinformation, and stress from 24/7 availability. Staff lack structured competences in teaching digital wellbeing. With only 4.9% of German adults in lifelong learning (Eurostat 2023), Erasmus+ mobility provides access to European expertise to integrate wellbeing into adult education.
