Our project "Building Bridges - Discovering Europe" aims to enable 45 young people with migration and refugee backgrounds aged 18-21 to participate equally in European mobility experiences. From a youth work perspective, we pursue the goal of systematically dismantling structural barriers and creating inclusive access through targeted support measures. We strengthen participants' self-efficacy through accompanied experiences of independent travel planning and implementation, promote their intercultural competence through authentic encounters in Czech Republic and Italy, and develop their European identity as active citizens. Through participatory approaches, young people become co-creators of their learning experience and develop competencies for lifelong learning and social participation.
