By implementing the project, we want to give young people with fewer opportunities the chance to actively experience Europe, step out of their comfort zone, and develop new personal and social competences. The young participants should learn to act more independently, take responsibility, and build confidence in their own abilities. From the perspective of youth work practice, our goal is to stimulate non-formal learning processes, foster intercultural competences, and strengthen the participants’ capacity for active social participation. Furthermore, we aim to motivate them to expand their engagement in youth work and to act as multipliers for other young people.
