The project strengthens youth organisations in Germany, Poland and Spain by equipping youth workers with practical mediation and conflict transformation skills. It builds organisational capacity, develops and tests a mediation toolkit, trains multipliers to support young people in divided communities, and fosters active citizenship and European values through dialogue and peacebuilding.
