The project aims to strengthening democratic values, inclusive leadership, and participation within international youth organizations. It brings together NGOs from Germany, Austria, and Denmark with a shared commitment to not only educate about democracy but to live it internally. The idea is that organizations advocating for democratic principles must also reflect those principles in their structures and everyday practices. The concepts of Selforganization and Holocracy are the guiding ideas.
