The project strengthens organizations supporting young multipliers, especially from minoritised groups, in their transition from learning to action. Through engagement training, mentoring, seed funding, and skills-based workshops, it develops tools to help multipliers implement youth-led projects. By creating an impact measurement framework and enhancing community project outcomes, the project boosts youth agency and fosters inter-organizational cooperation.
