The project empowers young people in Pärnu to take part in shaping their city and local democracy. It supports youth in identifying issues in public space, developing improvement ideas, and engaging directly with decision-makers. Through youth-led debates, creative workshops, and public events, participants gain real-life experience in civic engagement and build key competences like teamwork, critical thinking, and communication. The goal is to create lasting cooperation between youth, the city government, and local youth organisations.
