The project aims to develop the first Competence Model for Youth Leaders, equipping young people with essential leadership, civic engagement, and policy-making skills. It enhances youth participation in governance, strengthens youth work practices, and fosters collaboration between municipalities, youth organizations, and educational institutions, ensuring long-term sustainability and policy integration at local, national, and European levels.
