BRIDGE+ aims to strengthen how youth and integration organisations in Spain and Finland work with young migrants and refugees. It will improve staff competences in non-formal education, interculturality and intersectionality, while giving youth workers a clearer understanding of integration systems. The goal is to close the skills gap, foster cooperation across sectors, and widen access to Erasmus+ opportunities.
