The project plans the organization of three European mobilities for young people from different areas of Réunion: "From Barachois to Europe" for youth from the north, "From the East Cascades to Europe" for those from the east, and "From the Wild South to Europe" for those from the south (Europe understood in the sense of geographical distance). Each mobility will be co-created with the participants to give them a central role in the preparation and implementation, in close collaboration with CRIJ partners, notably the Youth Information network present on the island. Before departure, collective workshops will be held to prepare the young people, co-create their itinerary, strengthen their autonomy, and remind them of the safety rules and codes of conduct to follow. During the stay, the groups of young people will be supervised by two facilitators to ensure appropriate support and optimal safety. Participants will be selected through motivation interviews, with particular attention to inclusion and gender balance criteria. Each participant will also receive a pedagogical notebook containing useful information for emergencies, as well as various activities to complete, allowing them to keep a record of their mobility experience and learning outcomes. A feedback workshop will be organized to encourage reflection and highlight the skills acquired, complemented by an evaluation questionnaire sent six months after the mobility to measure medium-term impacts. Finally, the dissemination of results and testimonials will be carried out via social media, the CRIJ website, and through partners, in order to showcase the journeys and inspire other young people from the territory.
