We aim to strengthen our capacities and offer higher-quality services tailored to the individual and the type of education. Good communication is one of the factors that can positively influence individuals to engage in adult education and develop an interest in lifelong learning. A large number of our participants have been out of the education system for a long time, and we believe that positive experiences are crucial when making decisions about further education, both formal or non-formal.
The number of educational groups with participants from different generations is increasing, which requires an individualized communication approach for each person.Our institution is beginning to implement a non-formal program for the education of personal assistants. We aim to gain a deeper understanding of methods for delivering non-formal educational programs. We will share the newly acquired knowledge with lecturers to improve communication and use it as a foundation for non-formal programs
