To provide learning and upskilling opportunities for our facilitators and the wider team, enabling them to apply new knowledge and skills at our education centre and project work. The project also aims to address identified gaps within our organisation to strengthen overall capacity and expertise.
Síolta Chroí is applying for this project we the aim of straighten our organization and our panel of facilitators skill set. We have identify gaps in our practice as an organisation and also with in our panel of facilitators. We are applying for this project to close these gaps and strength our organisation.
