Our objectives are to enhance person-centred approaches, improve staff capacity in digital and innovative teaching methods, and strengthen organisational resilience. By achieving these aims, we will ensure staff are better equipped to engage learners with fewer opportunities, reduce barriers to education, and improve progression to further training and employment.
We applied to strengthen staff skills and resilience in supporting people experiencing homelessness. Learners face complex barriers such as low literacy, digital exclusion and social isolation. Erasmus+ mobility offers staff new tools, international perspectives and reflective space to improve learning pathways and ensure inclusive, person-centred support.
