The project aims to promoting the social inclusion, empowerment, and active participation of young people with and without disabilities through creative and cultural activities at local and European level. The project fosters active participation, develops inclusive methodologies and digital outputs, and strengthens partner organisations’ capacity to implement and replicate inclusive practices across Europe.
