The project aims to strengthen the role of youth workers and volunteers in disaster preparedness and resilience. It will provide youth workers with innovative tools (e-learning, VirtuBook, mentoring methods) and empower volunteers through scenario-based workshops and videos. By promoting inclusion of disadvantaged youth and fostering transnational cooperation, the project builds crisis-ready communities and enhances the quality and recognition of youth work in Europe.
