The project contributes to the optimal preparation for international VET competitions such as EuroSkills 2025 in Herning, Denmark. In parallel, several initiatives are strengthened. Young professionals from Generation Z receive customised support for their participation in the European Championships. Accompanying persons/experts facilitate knowledge transfer, thereby contributing to the continuous development of professions. This enhances both individual and European competitiveness.
The WorldSkills Liechtenstein Association pursues several objectives within the framework of the Erasmus+ project "VET Excellence 2026." First, the project significantly contributes to promoting VET and its societal recognition, while simultaneously enhancing the excellence of apprentices, young professionals, as well as individuals responsible for VET and personnel development. Second, the project supports the sustainable improvement of Europe's competitiveness.
