Young people co-author from planning to premiere at SAL, with mentoring and audience work via TAK/ASSITEJ. Aims: grow creative confidence and wellbeing, strengthen coaches’ inclusive practice, spark public dialogue on futures, and leave a practical open-access dossier—delivering greener, safer standards throughout.
