CTRL+ALT+LOVE aims to empower young people (16–24) to explore consent, relationships, and digital well-being in a safe and creative manner. Through Play Cards, Living Labs, and a hackathon, youth will gain tools for self-awareness, resilience, and healthy connections. The project also upskills youth workers with a Train-the-Trainers programme and toolkit, ensuring they can confidently guide young people and embed inclusive, participatory methods in their work.
