The Radiant Paths project aims to empower young women especially, marginalized young women equipping youth workers, mentors, and educators with VR-based tools to enhance mentorship, digital skills, and leadership development. Through immersive learning experiences, the project addresses gender inequality, digital literacy gaps, and career preparedness among young women facing social and economic barriers.
