Leadership Quest unites Impulss Latvia, Malta and Czech partners to strengthen leadership competences across generations. By 2026, the project will certify 10 staff in the Territory Mapping method, co-create a multilingual Leadership Card Deck, and involve at least 180 participants in six inclusive workshops. Digital tools and events will promote inclusion, democratic participation, green practices and innovation, ensuring long-term impact for youth, educators and communities across Europe.
