The project aims to connect three European Capitals of Culture through their youth programmes. We strive to strengthen international cooperation, enhance the organisational skills of young people, and ensure that youth participation continues beyond the ECoC year by supporting them in establishing NGOs, developing projects, and remaining active in cultural life.
