RE:ENGAGE empowers NEET youth (16–30) in North Macedonia, Austria, and Bulgaria by building skills, confidence, and recognition through active mobility. It increases employability, civic participation, and visibility of disadvantaged youth while strengthening organisations’ capacity to deliver inclusive non-formal education and linking grassroots results with national and European youth policy.
