Through this project, Innovative Youth will strengthen staff and volunteer skills to offer more attractive and sustainable adult learning. Objectives are: (1) build digital/AI competences for education, management, and communication; (2) improve well-being and resilience with mindfulness tools; (3) enhance capacity to design modern programmes (entrepreneurship, conscious living); (4) boost visibility and outreach with AI-supported communication.
Innovative Youth applied for this project to tackle key challenges: limited digital/AI skills, low visibility, and burnout risks in a small volunteer-based NGO. These issues hinder support for adult learners in Malta and Gozo. Through international training, we aim to build capacity, modernise methods, and gain tools for digital education and resilience—ensuring sustainability, quality, and long-term impact.
