The project aims to train 3 GMD staff members in practical AI and digital tools for inclusive teaching, adapt at least 30% of our core training materials to different learning needs, and share these innovations with our wider network. We want to improve accessibility, create more engaging and interactive learning resources, and embed digital transformation in our Train the Trainer programme to benefit adult educators, HR professionals, and learners across Europe.
GMD applied for this project to strengthen its capacity to design and deliver inclusive, innovative, and technology-enhanced adult education programmes. Our learners often come from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds and needs, and we identified a need to make our training materials more accessible, personalised, and engaging. We aim to integrate AI and digital tools into our programmes, addressing language barriers and supporting educators to reach learners with fewer opportunities.
