Upskill 21 CCIF staff via seven 7-day Romanian courses to strengthen trauma-informed, intercultural and digital methods. Co-create 10 DigComp L1–L3 micro-modules, bilingual plain-language materials, and a safeguarding/referral protocol, then pilot them in three Maltese sites. Recognise learning with Europass and micro-badges, raise attendance and retention by 10pp, reach ≥60 adults, and achieve ≥70% learner completion of one DigComp task, embedding a quality cycle for sustained improvement.
CCIF Malta applied to address capacity gaps confirmed by our pre-project research. Malta’s adult-learning providers face sustained multilingual demand and basic digital-skills deficits, while the national “I Belong” pathway requires accessible, reliable delivery. Practitioners reported needs in trauma-informed facilitation, plain-language bilingual materials, DigComp L1–L3 methods and retention routines. Erasmus+ mobility will equip staff through seven courses (RO), producing practical tools.
