The project aims to strengthen VET professionals' competencies in empathy, conflict resolution, mindful leadership, and inclusive workplace practices through innovative digital and experiential methods like immersive (2D/3D) scenarios. Goals include creating psychologically safe, inclusive environments, reducing stress and turnover, and generating sustainable multiplier impact across employees, organizations, and the European labor market.
