The project pursues two main objectives: 1. Strengthen learners’ artistic skills and confidence through training in dance, physical theatre, multimedia, and co-creation, enabling them to network, collaborate and present work. 2. Develop staff competencies and organisational capacity in intercultural collaboration, project and festival management, inclusivity, and the use of digital/AI tools for sustainable growth. These needs were located with a staff and learners needs questionaire.
ZID Theater applied to strengthen staff and learner development in an intercultural, international context. Staff seek growth in project management, intercultural communication, inclusivity, and use of digital/AI tools, while learners want training in dance, theatre, multimedia, and co-creation. The project responds to these needs, expands European partnerships, and ensures ExploreZ 2026 supports artistic growth, inclusion, and sustainability.
