The project foresees two group mobilities of adult learners to Italy, each lasting five days and involving 10 participants accompanied by educators. During these activities, learners will take part in digital literacy workshops, intercultural projects, and civic education sessions, as well as cultural visits. In addition, two staff members will participate in a job-shadowing activity in Italy, observing inclusive practices and digital methods in adult education centres
Our organisation works with disadvantaged adults, including migrants, refugees, persons with ADHD, mild disabilities, and learners facing mental health challenges. Many of them experience barriers to education such as low motivation, limited digital competences, and social exclusion. With this Erasmus+ project, we aim to create new opportunities for their active participation in learning, while strengthening the capacity of our staff to deliver high-quality and inclusive education.
