The project empowers VET educators as catalysts for civic engagement through a blended Train-the-Trainer model co-created with teachers and partner organisations. It builds teacher capacity for evidence-based citizenship education, promotes European values of democracy and participation among VET students (relatively disadvantaged in civic life) and strengthens VET quality assurance in the Netherlands and Romania via a practical impact tool, professional development and pedagogical innovation.
