The project will give apprentices with fewer opportunities the chance to develop independence, social confidence, and cultural understanding through an international group journey. By planning and carrying out an interrail trip through several European countries, the participants will strengthen their cooperation skills, problem-solving abilities, and understanding of democracy. From a youth work perspective, the aim is to provide meaningful non-formal learning experiences, build their ability to take responsibility and plan, and show that they can master new cultures and environments. The project promotes inclusion by removing social, economic, and personal barriers that might otherwise prevent them from travelling and learning in Europe.
