Our project aims to transform the lives of young participants, especially those with fewer opportunities, by providing them with experiences of inclusive mobility, intercultural learning and the development of personal and digital skills. Furthermore, the project aims to raise awareness in the local community about social inclusion and the positive impact of youth mobility. We have the following goals for this project: - Ensure that young people with fewer opportunities travel and learn on an equal footing with their peers. - Reduce the financial, social and geographical barriers that hinder young people's participation in European mobility. - Strengthen European citizenship and the feeling of belonging to the European Union. - Helping young people discover Europe’s cultural diversity and better understand European values. - Develop personal, social and professional skills in our young participants. - Teach young people how to use digital tools to plan trips, research and communicate effectively. - Contribute to digital transformation. - Make this project a transformative experience that encourages young people to continue to be involved in Erasmus+ projects. With the implementation of this project we will provide non-formal and intercultural learning experiences. We will encourage young people to learn through experience and reflection on the challenges they face during their travels and create safe spaces for sharing experiences and cultural exchange. Our participants will be supported and accompanied at all stages of the project, we will offer preparatory sessions on interculturality, safety and autonomy, and we will ensure that young people know how to plan and manage their trips responsibly. This project of ours will also promote sustainable mobility, eco-consciousness and raise awareness among young people about sustainable travel practices such as using public transport and reducing waste. With this project we will also be contributing to the creation of a range of young people who are more aware of the problem of social exclusion that has been felt not only in our country, but throughout Europe. These young people will be encouraged to become ambassadors for European mobility and social inclusion among their local communities. With the implementation of this project we intend to: -Contribute to the empowerment of young people, giving them greater autonomy, confidence and independence. -Remove barriers and make mobility accessible to all, contributing to the real inclusion of young people with fewer opportunities. -Create a positive impact on the community by raising awareness about the importance of inclusion and European citizenship. -Strengthen the role of our "Fluorescent Journey" as a promoter of youth inclusion and mobility. -Create a multiplier effect, ensuring that our participants’ experience inspires other young people. We feel capable and confident that we will achieve everything we set out to do in this application. This project will not just be a journey, it will also be a true transformation in the lives of our young participants, empowering them for a more active, digital and inclusive future!
