Objectives

We aim to raise the quality of our adult education by co-designing a structured pedagogical model, enhancing staff skills in trauma-sensitive facilitation, and developing a practical toolkit with templates and reflection tools. These resources will be integrated into our programmes to ensure inclusive, learner-centred, and high-quality support for disadvantaged adults.

Background

We applied to strengthen our capacity for structured, inclusive, and trauma-informed adult learning. While we support vulnerable adults, our methods lack consistency and transferability. Through Erasmus+ mobility, we will observe proven European practices and adapt them into tools that make our programmes more systematic, replicable, and sustainable.
