Developing the skills of 3 teaching staff in designing, piloting and evaluating 3 learning modules combining digital storytelling, green literacy and active ageing. The 3 modules will be delivered to a minimum of 50 people, aged 50+, in Sibiu County, by the end of the 6-month project. The project also aims to strengthen intergenerational learning, particularly in rural and smaller urban areas, and to establish 3 community hubs supporting inclusion, dialogue and solidarity across generations.
Ars-Monumentum-Natura is active in a part of the country where population is steadily aging and opportunities for cultural or lifelong learning are scarce. Our activities have relied mainly on volunteers and informal partnerships, which kept a modest scale to our work. As we move forward, we aim to sharpen the skills of our teaching staff, get a better sense of how other EU countries approach healthy ageing, and grow our ability in intergenerational projects adapted to the regional needs.
