Through Ticket to Growth, we want to create a first European mobility experience for 20 young people aged 18–21 from rural and small urban areas in Timiș County who face economic, geographical, informational, and psychosocial barriers. From a youth practice perspective, the project aims to combine experiential learning with non-formal methods to respond concretely to their needs. The project objectives are: - Developing intercultural and communication skills: at least 80% of participants improve their communication skills in multicultural contexts by ≥25% compared to their initial level, through real interactions with young people and organizations in Europe, group reflections, and intercultural activities. - Increasing self-efficacy and self-management of learning: at least 80% of participants increase their ability to plan, adapt, and complete tasks related to itineraries, budgets, and solving unexpected situations, gaining autonomy and confidence in their own abilities. - Strengthening European belonging and civic engagement: at least 80% of participants report an increased sense of belonging to the EU and a clear intention to engage further in the community through volunteering, civic participation, or other mobility activities.
