The aim of the project is to strengthen the capacity of OZ PES by educating staff and volunteers in soft and digital skills, training organization and community work. We want to increase the professionalism of the organization, improve the quality of educational and community activities, and strengthen our position as a regional umbrella organization.
We applied for this project because OZ PES needs to strengthen the professional competences of its staff and volunteers working in adult education and community activities. We want to improve communication, event organization, digital skills and the ability to use AI. The project will help us increase the quality of our work and ensure greater benefits for the community in Sabinov and the surrounding region.
