Through this project, we aim to introduce new events for adult readers focused on inclusion and environmental topics, as well as effectively use digital technologies and artificial intelligence tools in our work with adult readers and the public. Staff will learn new working methods and apply them in practice. The project will help us expand the library’s programme, improve service quality, support professional growth, and establish international cooperation within the Erasmus+ network.
We applied for this project to develop our staff’s competencies in inclusion, digital skills, and environmental education. The goal is to improve the quality of work with adult readers, enrich the library’s programme with new topics, and establish international cooperation within the Erasmus+ network.
