We aim to increase our staff's competencies in inclusive education, social entrepreneurship, and digital green skills. Through this, we intend to provide higher quality services to disadvantaged adults, strengthen our organization's financial sustainability, and adapt our educational programs to the demands of the digital age.
In our social farming activities with disadvantaged groups, we identified shortcomings in innovative educational methods, institutional sustainability, and digital skills. We applied for this project to learn from European best practices to improve our service quality, expand our impact, and ensure the longevity of our activities.
