Through the implementation of this project, we aim to strengthen youth workers’ competencies in promoting young people's mental health and well-being within the context of an increasingly AI-driven environment. We want to empower youth workers to critically engage with digital tools, support young people in building emotional resilience, and maintain ethical, human-centered approaches in their daily youth work practice. The specific objectives of the project are: Increase participants’ knowledge of how AI tools and systems can affect young people’s emotions, identity, and mental well-being. -Develop participants’ emotional literacy to detect signs of digital stress and emotional vulnerability among youth. -Equip participants with practical tools for promoting mental health and well-being, including tools that integrate both online and offline approaches. -Strengthen participants' competencies to set professional ethical boundaries when using AI-based tools in youth work -Foster a network of youth workers and organizations committed to integrating ethical AI awareness and mental health strategies into their work with young people. The tangible result of the project will be a special method book, developed by trainers and coordinating organizations within 3 months after the project. The method book will include a collection of methods, tools, presentations, and discussion outcomes during the training course.
