The main objective of the Future Bridge project is to increase the self-confidence of NEET (Not in Education, Employment or Training) young people, improve their employability skills and enable them to participate more strongly in society. The project aims to equip disadvantaged young people in the 18-29 age group with competences in career planning, leadership, digital competences and social entrepreneurship. In addition, permanent tools (Future Bridge Toolkit and BridgeVoices Archive) will be produced to support the personal and professional development of young people and visibility will be ensured through youth-initiated projects in local communities. At the end of the project, not only the individual achievements of young people but also their contributions to their communities will be increased.
