Everything started from an honest conversation between partners during a meeting in Budapest. We realised how many of us—young people from different countries—felt the same: confused, overwhelmed by fake news, unsure whether to trust the institutions that are meant to represent us. That moment sparked the idea for this project. We want to empower young people, especially those who are often unheard—rural youth, migrants, disadvantaged groups—to raise their voices, connect with each other, and engage with democratic life. Our objectives are to strengthen civic participation, rebuild trust in institutions, and encourage youth to create change both locally and at the European level. We want to build bridges—not walls—and to remind young people that Europe belongs to them too.
