The project aims to create and test a methodology with at least 16 activities to develop agile competences and resilience of Generation Alpha. The methodology will be freely available online and used by youth workers in Slovakia and the Czech Republic. The project will strengthen youth workers’ capacity to respond to the needs of the new generation and apply innovative approaches in their practice.
