With Ready for Tomorrow, we want to give young people the chance to practice and experience skills that are essential for their personal and professional future, but which are often missing from traditional education. From the perspective of youth practice, the project aims to create a safe learning space where participants can: Practice employability skills directly, such as writing a CV, preparing for interviews, and presenting themselves with confidence. Train soft skills (communication, teamwork, leadership, adaptability) through interactive non-formal activities that mirror real-life challenges. Explore entrepreneurship by developing and pitching ideas in a practical, hands-on way, learning to be proactive and innovative. Experiment with digital tools for creativity, career development, and online communication, improving their digital literacy. Strengthen intercultural competences by working in diverse international groups, overcoming cultural barriers, and appreciating diversity. Build resilience and confidence by stepping outside their comfort zones, taking responsibility, and reflecting on their personal growth. Experience active participation in all phases of the project – preparation, implementation, and follow-up – making them co-creators rather than passive learners. The project is not about abstract knowledge but about real practice and experience. By engaging in role plays, simulations, teamwork challenges, and intercultural dialogue, participants will acquire competences they can immediately apply in their studies, job search, or community involvement. Ultimately, Ready for Tomorrow seeks to prepare young people not just for employment but also for active citizenship and lifelong learning, equipping them with the tools and mindset to face the future with confidence.
