Objectives

The aim of this project is to prepare youth workers, teachers, and educators to better support young people in their transition from education to the labor market. Many young people finish school with good theoretical knowledge but without the practical skills needed to find a job or to create their own opportunities. At the same time, youth workers often do not have enough tools to guide them. Our project aims to fill this gap by giving participants practical competences that they can use directly in their daily youth work. The main objectives of the project are to strengthen youth workers’ skills in employability support, such as helping young people write CVs, motivational letters, and portfolios; to introduce them to alternative career paths like freelancing and entrepreneurship; and to equip them with digital and self-education tools to promote lifelong learning. The project uses non-formal methods such as role plays, simulations, storytelling, creative writing, digital treasure hunts, and group reflections. The project will help participants design and deliver engaging workshops for young people, using creative and participatory methods. Each participant will create a follow-up workshop in their own community, making sure that the learning continues after the international activity. By combining practical tools, innovative methods, and international cooperation, the project will raise the quality of youth work and give young people better chances for their future.
