The project “Integrating Human Rights Education in Inclusive Youth Work” aims to strengthen the competences of youth workers to embed Human Rights Education (HRE) into their daily practice through non-formal education. Many youth workers lack the tools, confidence, or structured training to apply resources such as Compass and Compasito in their work with young people, particularly those facing exclusion or discrimination. Through this project, youth workers will learn to create safe and inclusive learning spaces, foster critical thinking, and empower young people to engage actively in democratic life. Objectives include: Building the capacity of youth workers to use HRE tools effectively in diverse contexts. Enhancing inclusion by equipping youth workers to better support young people with fewer opportunities (migrants, minorities, rural and disadvantaged youth). Strengthening transnational cooperation and partnership-building among five organisations working together for the first time. Contributing to the professionalisation and recognition of youth work as rights-based and participatory.
